Why is my face SO pale?

i have a REALLY pale face. my parents are normal im 100% polish and i have blonde hair, my parents have black hair? howd i get blonde? but anyways people always think im going to faint or that im super sick cuz im SO pale. :\ i also have bags under my eyes. is there like idk something special other than tanning sprays? becuase i tried that once and never trying it again
