Is this a toxic work environment?

um yeah that is a toxic work environment! I dont know how to say this but it almost sounds as if you work with a bunch of sociopaths! these people your working with sound like the type of people that would screw you over in the blink of an eye if they had the chance. honestly I would tell you to get out, even in this down economy and poor job market if you have the right connections or are creative enough, you'll survive and start something.
