Light pink spotting 3 days ago could I be pregnant?

I ovulated a week ago. 3 days ago I had light pink spots on toilet paper when I wiped. Now I'm cramping alil and my lower back is hurting alil and my lower tummy is sore alil. I'm not do for my period till next week. Do u think I could be prego
