How to gain control back to the form?

Hi. Using VB and avicap32.dll, im making a program which can record a video using my webcam. Everything seems fine to me from accessing the cam to saving the video. The prob is, when the recording starts (with WM_CAP_SEQUENCE), you cant do anything in the app. i want to click other controls in the form. Howd u prevent that? thanx
