You have the slope. The first ones slope is 1080. so the coordinates if km is your y axis and hours is your x axis would go (1, 1080), (2, 2160), (3, 3240),... and so on. the second one is the same. Your slope is 4200 and if meters is your y axis and minutes is your x axis then your coordinates would be (1, 4200), (2,8400), (3, 12600),... got it?
