Howd do i get to college football as a middle linebacker?

okay so next year im going to be a freshman { i want to play middle linebacker} an i want to start out really good so i can get noticed by scouts early on.Id really like to hear from a middle linebacker in college an how he got there. Even if your in high school tell me what i need to do to be better than the rest. so thanks you for any comments
