What is this song from Mafia 2?

I believe it was from the Delta Radio station. It was a jazzy/blues sort of song. There were no vocals, but I believe there was somewhat of an organ and a trumpet. Mainly trumpet. It is a really catchy song. Any help please?! It's driving me crazy!
