Red blood when I go to the bath room.?

SO I went to the bathroom today and I had red blood on my stool, all in the toilet and when I wiped. I am on my period so I know it could of been from that so I stood up and wiped and I still had it when I wiped so its coming from the other end. I am on amoxi because I had a tooth pulled on wednesday so I do not know if that could have anything to do with it.
