Most of the time, medium, sometimes light. Sometimes not at all. Pads. I was 12. Gross, stinky, in fact revolting, messed up but just a part of the crappy side of life. Every girl and lady gets it. Nothing to be ashamed of, but needed for breeding purposes :)
