My 15 mo old had staph on her butt please moms that have beeeen there?

What can i do to help clear it??!!! She is perscribed oral meds 2 times a day for 2 weeks.... Wht type of staph is this pimple bug bite looking kind on her butt cheeks?? Howd she possibly get it??? Doc didnt say much so i dont know what to do... Like any cleanses??? Or just her oral meds??? Will this clear up or always come back:( ive neevr eveer had it. My pooor precious angel help :-{
