Im looking for a blck and white music videos from prabably before 2000.?

hello im looking for this one music video that was in black and white. its pre 2000 i think and all i can remember is that it started out with trumpet sounds and the person siinging is a man but the voice sounds femelish and ppl in the background are all blindfolded. its kinda hiphop/blues. i think something like that, pleSe help, thanks. also the hole time the man is singing inside a tv screen and his face is wierd looking.
