Your description of this girl enrages me! It pisses me off when shallow ppl are always hooking up and enjoying the company of their significant other, all while not taking the relationship seriously. She feels the need to broadcast everything and sounds like a total attention whore. And it's good you're disappointed in her fiance. If he was getting tired of being around a dimwitted bimbo, it's his loss he didn't make a smarter choice and choose someone like you over her. Idk. Men. I'm so mistrusting, because of examples like this! I can't answer your question about if there are any good guys out there, because I'm yet to find one that's single.
