Does implantatation bleeding come with white mucus or could this be something els?

it only lasted two days. . very light blood but not red.. more of a brownish staining color and it had some thick white mucus when I wiped. I have been having a lot of unprotected sex and this happpend about 6 to 9 days later. what is this? ??!"
