Do i have carpal tunnel?

About every couple months my wrist hurts really bad. The pain is on the outside of my right arm; from the elbow to my whole wrist and it makes my thumb, fingers, and knuckles hurt really bad, and the pain shoots up to my shoulder once in a while. Sometimes my hand/fingers are kind of numb and tingle rarely. Im 14 so I don't know if im too young for carpal tunnel but I play piano, trumpet, guitar, ride horses so I use my hands alot! But my right arm/hand only does this every couple months so I don't know what to do.
